Video privacy notice

Parker Content Studio is operated by Michael Parker in Fukuoka, Japan. Contact: parkerenglishlab@gmail.com.

Information used

We use business contact details, enquiry text, source recordings, captions and brief information to assess suitability, prepare samples, agree orders, edit and deliver files, and handle revisions or refunds. The website form prepares an email in your own email app; it does not send mail, upload files or store the entered details on this website.

Providers and processing

Gmail handles email. Descript, OpenAI/ChatGPT and Canva may process recordings, audio, transcripts, images and relevant brief information when needed to provide the service. Stripe handles hosted checkout through the Parker English Lab account. These services have their own terms and privacy policies and may process information outside your country. Only send material you are authorised to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential information.

Payment details

Your card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, not this website. We receive the order information and payment status needed to administer and fulfil accepted briefs.

Retention and portfolio use

We retain enquiry, working and order records for service administration, revisions, disputes and applicable accounting obligations. You can request deletion of source recordings and working files when no longer needed, although some transaction records may need to be retained. We do not publish your business name, source recording or finished clips as portfolio work without separate permission.

Business introductions

We may send a relevant service introduction to a business's public general contact address. Reply asking us not to contact you again to stop promotional messages. We retain the address in a suppression record to respect that choice. Order-related communications may still be necessary for work you request.

Website data

No advertising pixels or third-party analytics have been added. The hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and secure the site.
