Before you send
A few useful
details.
Do I need to film something new?
No. This offer uses an existing recording that you own or are authorised to edit. Clear audio and an identifiable speaker or presentation help. We do not offer filming, full-episode editing or multi-camera production in this package.
Is the editing AI-assisted?
Yes. We use AI-assisted tools to support the edit and captions, then check the output against your original. We will not intentionally alter what a speaker means. Please review the clips before posting them.
Can you guarantee five usable moments?
We assess suitability first. If the source does not contain enough suitable material, we will decline the five-clip brief or discuss a different scope before payment.
When will I get the clips?
A delivery date is agreed in writing before payment. Work begins after payment is verified and the agreed source files are received. We assess current capacity before accepting every order.
Can you publish to my accounts?
This package delivers video files and suggested posting copy. Account publishing is not included.
Why does checkout mention Parker English Lab?
Parker Content Studio is operated by Michael Parker. Payments use his existing Parker English Lab Stripe account. The checkout product name identifies the video service.
Can I cancel?
The free sample enquiry has no payment commitment. Cancel a paid order before work begins for a full refund. If we cannot deliver the agreed brief, we refund the payment. See the service terms for revisions and other details.
