Enquiries and photos

We use your name, business name, email address, brief and source photos to assess suitability, prepare samples, agree an order, deliver edited files and handle questions or refunds. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. It does not upload files, automatically send the enquiry or store the entered details on this website.

Tools used to provide the service

Emails are handled through Gmail. Source photos and relevant brief information may be processed with OpenAI/ChatGPT image editing tools. Payments are handled by Stripe through the Parker English Lab account. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may process it outside your country. Send only material you are authorised to share; do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information.

Payments

Stripe collects the payment details required at checkout. We receive order and payment-status information for administration and fulfilment. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout, not this website.

Retention and portfolio use

We keep enquiry and order information for service administration, resolving issues and any applicable accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete source photos and working copies when they are no longer needed; some transaction records may need to be retained. We do not publish your photos, business name or edited work as portfolio material without separate permission.

Website data

This site has no added advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the site.

Contact and choices

For access, correction, deletion or questions, email parkerenglishlab@gmail.com. To stop promotional contact, reply asking us not to contact you again. Transaction-related replies may still be needed for an order you requested.
