your photo.
What kinds of products work best?
Clear photos of simple, static objects such as candles, ceramics, packaged goods and accessories are a good starting point. Tiny text, complex reflective surfaces and intricate patterns can be difficult. We assess the photo first and can decline a brief that cannot be represented accurately.
Will AI change my product?
It can alter fine details. We use your original as the reference and check the output. You should also compare the final image with your real product before publishing. We will not intentionally invent product features, endorsements or certifications.
When will I receive the images?
We agree a delivery date by email after reviewing your source photo and before sending the payment link. The date starts from confirmed payment and receipt of the agreed source files. We are taking a small number of briefs at launch.
Why does checkout say Parker English Lab?
Parker Product Studio is a small service operated by Michael Parker. Payments are processed through the existing Parker English Lab Stripe account. The package name in checkout identifies this photo service.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
You can cancel the free sample enquiry without payment. For the paid package, you can cancel for a full refund before paid work begins. One revision round is included. If we cannot deliver the agreed brief, we will refund the payment. See the service terms for the full policy.
