Video service terms
Parker Content Studio is a business-use video editing service operated by Michael Parker in Fukuoka, Japan. Payments are processed through the Parker English Lab Stripe account. Contact: parkerenglishlab@gmail.com.
Scope and price

We accept only suitable briefs for established businesses and confirm current production capacity before accepting an order. At launch, the payment link is limited to three completed trial orders. Publishing, filming, full-episode editing, complex multi-camera work, music licensing and ongoing account management are not included.
Free suitability sample
We may prepare one free suitability sample per business, with no commitment to buy. Confirm that you have permission to provide and edit the recording before sharing it. We may decline unsuitable sources or requests outside scope. Further free samples are not included.
Agreement and payment
Before payment, we agree the source, audience, clip style, dimensions, critical wording, delivery date and package by email. Each accepted brief receives a unique PCS reference. Use your accepted business email and that reference at Stripe checkout. Do not pay before a brief is accepted. A receipt email, screenshot or checkout screen is not sufficient proof of paid status.
Editing and review
Editing and captions are AI-assisted. We check the result against the source and do not intentionally change the speaker's meaning. Proper names, technical language and other important details should be identified in the brief. You should review every clip and its captions before publication. We do not guarantee views, followers, sales, platform approval or a particular audience response.
One revision round is a single consolidated list of changes within the accepted source, style and scope. New source material, a new direction or full-episode changes require a separate agreement. If the recording cannot yield five suitable clips, we will decline this package or discuss a different scope before payment.
Cancellation and refunds
- A free sample enquiry can be cancelled without payment.
- A paid order cancelled before paid work begins receives a full refund.
- One revision round is included after work begins. If we cannot deliver the agreed brief, we refund the payment.
- Report material departures from the agreed brief within seven days of delivery so we can correct them or agree an appropriate refund.
- Refund timing depends on Stripe and your payment provider. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
Rights and source material
You must be authorised to supply the recording, speakers' likenesses, branding and any other included content for editing and business use. Do not provide confidential or sensitive material that is unnecessary for the work. Delivered files may be used for your business subject to the underlying rights and any applicable platform or tool terms. We do not invent testimonials, endorsements or facts.
Privacy and portfolio permission
Sources may be processed with Gmail, Descript, OpenAI/ChatGPT and Canva as necessary for the brief. We will not publish a customer's name, recording or finished work as portfolio material without separate permission. The website's training example is original studio material with synthetic narration, not a customer project. See the video privacy notice.
